KITCHENER, ON — June 26, 2018. My IT Guy Corp, a leading provider of IT support in Waterloo Region, announced today that effective April 1, 2018 it has acquired Duras Computing, a Kitchener-based IT consulting firm which has been delivering IT support services to SMBs in Kitchener-Waterloo and the GTA.
This move further increases My IT Guy’s share in the IT support market in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. “I have decided to join forces and grow my business along with Adam Smith and My IT Guy,” commented David Secord, Owner of Duras Computing, “our mutual philosophy of providing fast, friendly, competent IT Support Services means I can continue to support my clients personally with the benefit of additional resources of a knowledgeable IT staff.”
