• The security of our data and users is paramount. We need to implement strict limits on what are staff are able to do and access, and we are seeking 24/7 response & remediation to all threat types and support issues.

🥈 Standard

• The security of our data and users is important, and we are seeking a predictable, fixed monthly fee that encompasses the day to day support we need to rest easy at night.

🥉 Basic

• We need to have the essential protections necessary for most small to medium sized businesses, but we also want to keep monthly fees low. We feel we can help ourselves most of the time so we prefer to pay for support calls on a pay-as-you-go basis.
