Over the last few months, significant change has been underway as it became clear that Michelle DesRosiers had the right ideas, attitude, and experience, to create her new role at My IT Guy, and step up as our Chief Operating Officer.

Michelle began her IT career in 2001, thriving on helping people overcome their fear of technology through empowerment and education. Since joining My IT Guy in 2021, Michelle’s ideas and organizational strengths have already made us a more resilient and scalable company, with ever happier clients.

Michelle will facilitate our continued success and growth, ensuring along the way that we’re operating effectively as a unified team, collaborating internally, making progress on key business objectives, and delivering the best outcomes for our clients.
