Cause

Sophos web protections seem to think the QuickBooks update requests are malicious

Resolution

Add the following under Web->Exceptions as a URL Pattern Matching exception:

^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?intuit\.com/
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?payroll\.com/
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?quickbooks\.com/

And skip checks for:

  • HTTPS Decryption
  • Malware and Content Scanning
